Return Policy:

Minford makes every effort to guarantee our products quality and deliver to our customers in good condition, however, we understand that merchandise may be damaged during shipment in some case. Minford promises that all products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date merchandise received by our customer.

  • All merchandize refunded credit, exchange or repair must have a return material number (RMA)
  • Original shipment will not be refunded; 10% of the final price will be charged for repacking. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and related handling, brokerage charges for the return.
  • All merchandise return must be shipped freight prepaid. C.O.D. Shipments will not be accepted
  • No refund or exchange will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Minford Technology is not responsible for damage as a result of improper usage of our product by customer.
  • Return merchandize as a complete set. If not returned as complete set, deductions will be made according to missing accessories from the original package.

Warranty Policy:

Minford Technology (Minford) provides one year in company warranty starting from the day item is shipped. Within the warranty, if the product is defected due to its own quality, all the parts and labor fee for repairing our products will be covered by Minford. However, Minford is not responsible for damage as a result of improper usage of our product by customer.

Please following the procedure below to return, exchange or repair the merchandise

  1. Email us at techsupport@minfordsign.com to receive a Return Merchandize Number (RMA) for all merchandize that need to refund credit, exchange or repair
  2. The following information must be provided to request an RMA number.
    1. Minford LED sign product code
    2. Invoice date and invoice number
    3. Detail reason for return, exchange or repair.
  3. Merchandise must be packaged properly for shipment
  4. Once the return is verified by our warehouse, your account will be credited (less shipping & handling charges) or replacement merchandise will be sent to you.
    For repair item, our technician will check it and send detail quotation if warranty is expired.
